Drive and permissions
How files in Drive relate to workspace access and sharing.
Drive is the file area of Emblema. Files can become inputs to chat or workspace work when selected or connected, so access to those files matters as much as where they are stored.
Permissions determine which people can see or act on information. Check the current access shown in the product before sharing sensitive material. The exact controls depend on the current interface and the permissions assigned to your account.

Where do I upload a file? Open a drive and the destination folder, then follow Use Drive.
How do I share a file? Check its direct and inherited grants, then follow Understand access.
Can an AI capability use every file? Do not assume so. Its access depends on the workspace, the connected capability, and the permissions in effect.
