Use A.I. Chat
Start a conversation, attach a file, and choose the context for a question.
Open A.I. Chat from the product menu. The chat home has a message box and a list of conversations. Start with a plain question when you need general help; add context when the answer should use a particular source.
Ask with the right context
- Start a new chat, or open an existing conversation from the list. Search the list if you need an earlier conversation.
- If the question concerns a local file, use Choose file to attach it. To work with material already in Emblema, open Select context. The picker can offer a Drive item, a knowledge base, or a specialized agent, depending on what is available to you.
- Write a specific question in the message box. Name the result you want and refer to the selected source. For example: “Summarize the decisions in this file and list open questions.”
- Review the selected context and model, then send the message. Read the answer against the source before using it for a decision.
Selecting a context guides the conversation; it does not change the permissions on a Drive item. If the picker cannot find a file, check its location and access.
Continue or export a conversation
Open a conversation from the list to continue it. The chat File menu offers New chat and export options for PDF and DOCX. Export only after checking whether the conversation contains information you are allowed to share. Deleting a conversation is a separate action in the conversation list.
When a task needs connected steps or repeatable execution, move to a Workspace.
