Use Workspaces
Find a canvas, understand its nodes, and inspect a run.
A Workspace is a visual canvas of nodes and connections. Nodes represent steps or capabilities; connections show how work moves between them. It is distinct from Drive, which stores files. You may use an existing canvas without building the nodes yourself.
Find a workspace
- Open Workspace from the product menu. Emblema may reopen the last canvas you used.
- In the canvas File menu, choose All Workspaces to see the catalog.
- Use search or switch between My Workspaces and Shared with me. Open the canvas you need and read its title before making changes.
Understand and run a canvas
- Follow the connections between nodes to see the intended flow. Select a node to inspect its inputs and settings.
- Use the canvas controls to zoom, pan, or arrange the view. These view changes help you navigate a large flow.
- When you are ready, use the node's Run control and inspect the execution panel for the result or an error. Check the node's required inputs and permissions if it cannot run.
- The History menu and Save checkpoint control help you revisit work. Confirm which canvas you are editing before saving or publishing.
The File menu also offers New Workspace, Import, Export, Publish as Template, and Settings when your role permits them. A Workspace Builder assistant can help plan or change a canvas. Publishing a template makes it reusable; check its contents and access before doing so. For source files, use Drive. For a one-off question, use A.I. Chat.
